Selection Process

The selection for both JRF and SRF positions will be based solely on interview performance. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at AIIMS Delhi. The interview panel will assess candidates' research aptitude, subject knowledge, and communication skills. Selected candidates will be appointed on a purely temporary basis for the project duration.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive monthly stipends as per ICMR norms:

• JRF: ₹37,000 + HRA (27% of basic pay)
• SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA (27% of basic pay)
