SSC CHSL Post Preference Cum Option Form 2026: Overview

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has activated the Post Preference Cum Option Form for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2025-26. This form allows candidates to select their preferred posts among LDC/JSA, Postal Assistant, and Data Entry Operator. The form submission window is open from June 19 to June 22, 2026 (till 6 PM). Candidates who cleared Tier-I must submit their preferences to be considered for Tier-II skill tests.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates receive salaries as per 7th Pay Commission:

• LDC/JSA: Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 - ₹63,200)
• PA/SA: Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 - ₹81,100)
• DEO: Pay Level-4/5 (₹25,500 - ₹92,300)

All posts include DA, HRA, TA, and other government allowances.
